I’m proud to once again step up as a Sole Man for The Victim Center and Wine, Women & Shoes.

I’ve always believed that a strong community isn’t measured only by how well we celebrate its successes—it’s measured by how we show up for people during their hardest moments.

The Victim Center does exactly that.

Every day, they stand beside survivors of violent and sexual crime, providing crisis response, advocacy, counseling, and a path toward healing. They meet people on days they never imagined they would face—and remind them they don’t have to face those days alone.

That matters to me.

I love Springfield and Southwest Missouri, and I believe serving our community means doing more than talking about making it better. Sometimes you have to put some skin in the game—or, in this case, some shoes on your feet.

So I’m asking you to step up with me.
